摘要

In order to accurately measure the residual unbalance of rotation systems in dynamic balancing machines, a sophisticated high-speed data acquisition system is necessary. Embedded systems with Micro Control Unit (MCU) are effective solutions but they are expensive and complicated. CPLD could be used to manage logic controls and keep the data acquisition rigorously synchronous. A host computer could be used to process data transferred from a sampling card based on CPLD through PCI bus. Finally, experiment results were provided to prove the effectiveness of the simple and low cost solution for the data acquisition system.
