摘要

为破碎巷道注浆加固提供一种性能优越的水泥基注浆材料,对CG浆液的粘度、析水率、结石率、凝结时间、抗压强度及弹性模量进行研究,得出CG浆液微缩、速凝、早强、弹性模量低等最优配比.在MTS815.02 岩石力学试验系统中,对最优CG浆液灌浆粘结破碎岩样进行实验,结果表明:粘结岩石密实良好,且具有较高的强度恢复系数和残余强度.%To provide a Superior performance of Cement based grouting material for broken Roadway grouting reinforcement,this paper makes a research on viscosity,Water absorption rate,Stone rate,Coagulate time,compressive strength and Elastic Modulus of CG Slurry.Then we get the optimal ratio of CG grouting,including its contraction,quick setting,early strengthening and Low modulus of elasticity.In the system of MTS815.02 rock mechanics test,this paper makes an experiment on the optimal CG grouting bonding broken rock.The result shows the compaction of bonding rock is good and it has high Strength recovery coefficient and residual strength.
