Provided are a grouting reinforcement method for ground drilling to a coal seam broken roof, and a grouting apparatus. The present invention is a method for grouting reinforcement when drilling from the ground to a broken roof. The operating space is large, specialised hole sealing is not required, the technical difficulty of drill hole grouting is reduced, and the defects of large drill hole angle limitations, small grouting ranges, high hole sealing difficulty, easy outflow of slurry and poor grouting effects in existing underground grouting are overcome. Drill hole density, depth and diameter are arranged according to coal seam broken roof and ground conditions, and sequential drilling is performed. A suitable grouting material is selected, and the grouting apparatus is used to perform grouting. The grouting apparatus uses a metering pump to draw in raw materials, the raw materials are accurately proportioned, a pressure gauge and a flow meter are set, and the grouting pressure and flow are stable and controllable. The slurry diffusion area is large, the grouting effect is good, and multi-hole grouting fully covers the broken roof, thereby significantly increasing the overall strength of extra thick and thick coal seam broken roofs.
