Rapid diagnosis of breast cancer cell with coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering microspectroscopy

A CARS microspectroscopy system was developed and applied to live breast cancer cells. CARS image and spectrum at C-H vibration stretching in lipid droplets differentiate cancer cell from normal cell.
