The designing of CRM system is brought forward with the developing of internet technologies, it is a unified design for the management of the varies relationship between travel agencies and their customers so as to gain new customers, keep current customers and raise the Customer Profitability Analysis. This paper is to introduce the basic principles for travel industry to operate CRM system, and after the value chain analysis, the paper gives different types of travel agencies the different mode and plan for designing their CRM system.
