Method of natural frequency estimation for uwb signal and its use for analysis of quasi-resonance effects

The method of determining the single oscillation frequency has been proposed. This method is effective at short duration of time-domain signal and at high noise level. The method has been used to analyze the quasi-resonance effect in the open resonance structure formed by the plane-parallel mirrors.
