In both the military and civil areas, continuous wave through-wall radar (CW-TWR) has been attaching people's attentions because of its obvious advantages, such as low price, compact structure and outstanding ability of static clutter suppression. However, significant frequency ambiguous and heavy clutter in detection process renders continuous-wave radar imaging a difficult and complex proposition. As a result, it is highly desirable to properly separate the interested targets and determine the contents in the detection scene with a high level of precision. To achieve the purpose, the slope-demodulation and CLEAN united algorithm, which is called the SD-CLEAN algorithm for short, is proposed. In this paper, a continuous-wave through-wall radar (CW-TWR) is presented for detecting multi-human targets through walls. The joint new algorithm is introduced to identify different movers in the "frequency and slope-modulation" two-dimensional space. The improvement of performance based on the algorithm is evaluated through simulation experiments.
