Automatic wavelength control of sampled grating distributed Bragg reflector lasers

摘要

In this paper an automatic wavelength control system for sampled grating distributed Bragg reflector (SGDBR) lasers has been designed and established on the basis of the wavelength tuning principle. This automatic control system has been used for precise and rapid wavelength calibration of our SGDBR laser, which is the preparation for dynamic performance test of the device.
