A new design plan of flexible shear slitting which has three degree of freedom was proposed based on the TRIZ theory. The function model was established by the Pro/Innovator computer innovative platform aimed to the existing problem. The innovative design plan of flexible shear slitting was obtained by analyzed and solved the model. The model could cut the curve accurately.
