摘要

Different kinds of grapite intercalation compounds(GICs) was prepared via chemical-intercalation method. Their capabilities to absorb microwave energy and to convert the absorbed energy into heat were measured by dielectric loss angle(δ) with R/T vector network analyzer.And catalytic activity of these GICs for esterification have been investigated in the fields of microwave. The result is as follows: At 2.45GHz, The dielectric loss of H2SO4-GICs is better than H3PO4/ HNO3/KMNO4-GICs and H2SO4/ HNO3/ KMNO4-GICs. Catalytic performance of H2SO4-GICs is also better than the other GICs. And microwave radiation improve catalytic esterification performance of concentrated sulfuric acid intercalation agent both in reaction rate and esterification yield. Through orthogonal experiments, using catalyst of H2SO4-GICs, the optimum conditions to Synthesis of butyl acetate at field of microwave are as follows: The mole ratio is 1.5:1 (34.5 ml: 14.4ml), amount of H2SO4-GICs is 3.5g, microwave heating 25min. Under these conditions, the esterification reaction of butyl acetate can reach 89%.
