Mobile payment is one of the key businesses in the future of China's telecommunications industry, in which some cities already have a pilot. In the early development stage of this business, the obtaining of the consumer behavior is an important basis for the development and promotion of the business strategy. The mobile payment management system in this article offers some key dimensions of consumption as an analytical basis, providing the right positioning for mobile customers and merchants as well as various types of information access and analysis channels for the operators, both of which will support and promote the development of related businesses.
