摘要

Since global financial crisis leading to economic recession, the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have been bearing the brunt of the impact. The government issues large-scale economic stimulus programs and cooperates with other economic entities in order to turn the crisis into development, cooperation and win-win opportunity. In this paper, from the perspective of strengthening human resources training for solving the economic difficulties, the author analyses the patterned training concepts and models of SMEs, explores the ways and measures of effective training in financial crisis and puts forward training methods and models.
