摘要

Resources management (structuring the resources portfolio, bundling resources to build capabilities and leveraging capabilities) is critical factor to achieve succeed innovation.Under dynamic competitive environment,strategic resources management is the base of innovation choices.Different types of organization learning (exploitative and exploratory learning) have different influence on the innovative performances. So,we integrate resources/capability theory and organization learning theory to develop a model of relationship among resources management, organization learning and innovative performance.We put forward to that strategic resources management will influence whether firm engage in exploitative or exploratory learning. The two types of organization learning will influence the performances of innovation.Further, we propose that environment moderates the relationship between exploitative/exploratory learning and innovative performance.
