How to improve the management transplantation of multinational companies is difficult.As the management knowledge transferred by multinational companies is embedded in the relationship between parent and subsidiary companies, we did a research on the relationship between the parent-subsidiary relationship and the management transplantation from the multinational companies' parent-subsidiary relationship perspective.Firstly,management transplantation and the relationship between parent and subsidiary companies were defined in this paper, and the dimensions of the relationship between parent and subsidiary companies were developed on the basis of relevant theories including the structure of property rights, cultural compatibility, the control mechanism, trust degree and the subsidiary role. Then the relationship between the parent-subsidiary relationship and the management transplantation was analyzed, and on the basis of which the model of the relationship between the parent-subsidiary relationship and the management transplantation was built. At last, we found that the structure of property rights, cultural compatibility, control mechanisms, trust degree and the subsidiary role have a direct impact on the management transplantation, and the relationship between the parent-subsidiary relationship and the management transplantation is moderated by the absorptive capacity of the subsidiary and the characteristics of management knowledge.
