The Effects of MNCs' R D Centers and China's Technological Innovation Strategy

In the process of the internationalization of MNCs' R & D, China has been the important basis of MNCs' overseas R & D centers for her location advantages. It provides a good opportunity for China to promote her technological innovation. The establishment of MNCs' R & D Centers in China has brought both positive and negative effects on China's technological innovation. So China should adopt the strategy of "Learning,Import,Cooperation,Self-reliance" so as to enhance our technological innovation capability fundamentally.
