Content Analysis of Competitive Technology Intelligence in Technology Innovation

摘要

This paper divides the technology innovation process into four stages: strategy formulation, plan formulation, project execution and innovation summarization. Based on the research of innovation decision-making and factors that affect the technology innovation process, the paper analyzes the content of Competitive Technology Intelligence at different stages of technology innovation. Based on the theoretical review of the literature, we examine a competitive technology intelligence project in a medium-sized enterprise in Chinese food industry. Through the case study, we have summarized some features of the Competitive Technology Intelligence project in medium-sized enterprises.
