STRENGTH PREDICTION OF COMPOSITE BONDED STRUCTURES

Predicting the strength of composite bonded joint has been one of the most challenging tasks inrnstructural design. Extensive work has been conducted experimentally and analytically. Nornstandard and accurate predictive model of joint strength has been established. This paper reviewsrnthe current methods and proposed new methods of predicting the strength of composite adhesivernbonding joints. Only single lap joint is conducted in this study.
