The Implementation of Partnering in the Construction Industry of China

摘要

This paper reviews the management actuality of Chinese enterprises of construction industry and analyses the causes of inefficacy of cooperation and collaboration of construction parties. It points out that, the enterprises in Chinese construction is deficient in communication, trust and cooperation among them. In order to improve this kind of condition, It is meaningful in implementing partnering in Chinese construction. This paper proposes systemic suggestions on how to implementing the partnering, partnering process model and the rule of problem solving.
