PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine driving cab and a construction machine, capable of simply carrying out work for exposing a filter attaching portion and an ambient air filter, and work for covering the filter attaching portion and the ambient air filter. PSOLUTION: In a space 9 inside of a wall 11 of a driving cab 4, an interior lead-in passage 15 composed of a duct portion 16 connected to an air-conditioner 8 at one end, the filter attaching portion 17 to which the ambient air filter 19 is attached, and a connecting portion 18 connecting the filter attaching portion 17 and the duct portion 16, is provided. On the wall 11, an exterior lead-in passage 20 composed of a hollow portion 11c formed by an outside plate 11a and an inside plate 11b, an outside through-hole 11d formed on the outside plate 11a, and an inside through-hole 11e formed on the inside plate 11b and opening to an opening portion 17a of the filter attaching portion 17, is provided. The opening portion 17a and the inside through-hole 11e are set at dimensions which allow the outside air filter 19 to be inserted.
