摘要

The development of the behavioral models of digital integrated circuit drivers plays for an important role for the efficient SI and timing analysis. A macromodeling methodology based on the fuzzy logic system is proposed in this paper. The proposed macromodels can be obtained from device ports transient waveforms via a well established procedure. The models are implemented as SPICE subcircuits and their accuracy and efficiency are verified by applying to the approach to the characterization of transistor -level models of actual devices.
