Research and System Realization of Design and Optimization Technology of Fine-blanking Process Based on Knowledge

摘要

Fine-blanking is an important metal forming process which leads to tremendous difficulty in process planning. How to inherit, integrate, manage and re-use the design knowledge so that the process planning can be optimized is very important. The know-how and experience are summarized in a knowledge express method of fine-blanking knowledge body and it's management and integrate methods. The structure frame of the process system is defined as well as the realize routine of knowledge base and reasoning mechanism. A system has been realized based on SolidWorks.
