Research and Development of Backfilling Mining Technique in Jinchuan Nickel Mine in China

摘要

This paper first introduces the geological and mining conditions in Jinchuan mine and evolvement and development of mining methods in two mines of Jinchuan since 1982. Then focus some disputed problems:① Whether lean ore and rich ore are mined at the same time;② Which method is better up down forward fill mining or down forward fill mining? ③ Adopting which filling technics, coarse bone material fill or fine sand piping fill? And ④ Whether surrounding rock and filling body keep stability or not if without pillars? Then some analytic theories and key techniques are described, which deal with ① Mining schemes for roadways with hexagon section; ② Forecasting theories and methods on whole lose stability of fill body and surrounding rock without jambs and sequence mining, and ③ Optimizing theories and techniques for mining produce system in order to insure safety and economical mining etc. Finally, this paper evaluates these mining techniques and mining schemes and puts forward possible problems in deep mining and study directions to solve the problems in the future.
