A consolidated solid strip backfill mining method for a coal mine, combining cemented backfilling and solid backfilling, comprising: preparing a cemented backfilling material at a ground backfilling material preparation station (2); pumping the prepared cemented backfilling material by using a backfilling pump (12) into a plurality of strip-shaped pulling nets (5) on a gob at the tail of a backfilling hydraulic support (4) on a coal wall to form a plurality of strip cemented retaining walls (10); feeding a solid material (1) to an underground gangue chamber (16) by means of a vertical feeding shaft (3); conveying, by means of an underground transport system, the solid material (1) to the gob (8) for backfilling the coal wall; transferring, by using a high-position self-moving backfilling material transfer conveyor (6), the solid material (1) to a tamping scraper conveyer (7) suspended on a tail beam of the backfilling hydraulic support (4); unloading the solid material into a peripherally closed space formed by the cemented retaining walls (10); and tamping the solid material by the aid of the tamping scraper conveyor (7) to implement strip backfilling. The consolidated solid strip backfill mining method for a coal mine can release compressed coal under buildings, railways and water, increase the coal mining rate of coal mines, implement partial backfilling on a coal wall, and improve output of the coal wall.
