The statistic formulae of the predication parameters, which are influenced by the comprehensive deformation modulus of rock masses and mining depth and height of coal seam, are derived from the monitoring data of 120 observation stations of surface movement in mining field on the basis of the similarity theory. It has obtained that the four parameters, which are the subsidence factor q, the displacement constant b, the tangent tan β of the angle of major influence and the ratio S_0/H of the offset of the inflection point with mining depth, are in proportion to the similarity criterions E/E_m and ρH~2/(100E_mM). The research result shows that the comprehensive deformation modulus of rock masses has a great effect on all predication parameters, and that mining depth has an effect only on the offset of the inflection point, but that mining height of coal seam has little effect on all prediction parameters.
