Study of Chain Management Mode Theory and Application

Enterprise chain management is a new management mode which is firstly established and come into being in coal mine corporations, and has a great deal of generalization value for manufacturing. Chain management mode reveals that every unit of enterprises relates, supervises and stimulates each other, mobilizes all employees' enthusiasm to the great extend, decreases cost and increases efficiency effectively. Based on introduction of related conceptions of this management mode and principles of dividing management chains, a theory system of the chain management mode is put forth. It comprises an operation pattern, an examining system, an interior price system and a justice organization. The operation pattern is based on making clear interrelations of every unit, the examining system is used to check and appraise justly every unit, the interior price system is aimed to ensure the chain management mode operates efficiently, and the justice organization is used to solve the conflicts in order to make the management operate orderly.
