The invention relates to the education system, in particular to the music teaching, choral education and music theory study.The device comprises a body consisting of two vertical rests (1, 2), onto the surface of which there are made horizontal lines with equal intervals, keeping the ratio 2:1, which correspond to the rows of sounds between the tones and semi-tones from the studied scales, and a staircase (6), representing the structure of minor and major scales, as well as of popular forms. Onto the vertical rests (1, 2) there are made channels (5), as well as presented steps of the tones and semi-tones of sounds from the scales, expressed by means of stable and unstable steps in the scales presented in different colours.The process for device application consists in displacement and fixation of the staircase (6) of the scale structure by means of channels (5) of the device, permitting the construction of scales from the desired tonalities, according to the natural sounds.
