摘要

Based on the analyses of property of the oil/water mixture, the process of preheating dispersions and then separated in inclined plate settler is used for industrial toluene/water. The influences of the preheating temperature, mixing speed and the structure parameters on the treatment load are studied through experiments. The results show that the treatment ability increases significantly with a variation of preheating temperature from 40 to 60℃ and Varies with the angle of inclined plate and plate distance which have the optimum solution for the constant conditions.
