The device (11) has a crude oil separator (13) e.g. impactor settler, and a fine oil separator (14) e.g. cyclone, mounted in series, where the device is placed at an outlet of a turbine greased by oil mixed with water vapor or gas allowed and relaxed in the turbine. The impactor settler and the cyclone include reserves (18, 20) for collecting oil separated from water vapor, respectively, where the cyclone has variable geometry and flat bottom. The reserves communicate with each other via a siphon (21).
