Planar and Circular Chiral Dielectric Waveguides

摘要

The results of the investigation on the characteristics of planar and circular chiral dielectric waveguides during the past five years are summarized. Their eigenequations are presented and the influences of chiralities on cutoff, dispersion and field distributions are discussed. Some novel features different from ordinary dielectric waveguides are resulted.
