Development of Electron Gun 'S-CXO' Key Words : CDT; electron gun; equivalent aperture; common large-Aperture

摘要

To meet a need in the display market for large, flat, high-resolution screen, the Super Common extended field Oval lens (S-CXO) is developed with resolution improvement of 10% or more compared to a conventional electron gun. A new main lens structure is adopted, so that the equivalent aperture and the performance are increased. The new main lens can be assembled using an existing assembly system.
