Abstract: The purpose of program is researching the green laseramorphous silicon (a-si) solar cells materialprocessing system and the technology of processing. Thea-si cells absorption spectrum peak due to lightwavelength is near 0.55 $mu@m region, which is veryclosed to 0.53 $mu@m wavelength, the second harmonicgeneration of 1.06 $mu@m Nd:YAG laser. Using nonlinearcrystal frequency doubled and Q-switch modulatingtechnology, we can obtain more than 10 W 0.53 $mu@mlaser power.!3
