PRINCIPLES AND EFFECTIVE WAYS OF TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER

摘要

The main restrictive factors in technology transfer have been analyzed, and the principles and the effective waysof diffusion and application have been investigated in this paper. It seems that, in order to transfer technology effectively, the urgent work for us to do is to further perfect the technological market and to bring up the technological agents.
