摘要

A PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller) as machine tool NC system is used to control linear motor's micro-movement and to achieve on-line measurement of cylindrical grinding and closed loop feedback control, so as to achieve precision cylindrical grinding. At the same time a mathematical model of least squares evaluation is established. The circularity error of workpiece is decreased, therefore the workpiece machining accuracy with this model is improved by PMAC. ABB Variable Speed Drives to drive electric-spindle is used in order that the grinding wheel installed in the spindle has the different rotation speed. Finally the precision cylindrical grinding is attained.
