High Resolution Heterodyne 3D Imaging

摘要

In this paper we have described the many advantages of a heterodyne imaging system. These benefits include: 1) ultra-high sensitivity to return light, 2) high range resolutions, 3) affordable, high average transmit powers, 4) the capability to range further into atmospherically adverse conditions as compared to direct detection systems.
