This paper suggest nonlinear attitude control of the Danish Romer satellite. The mission objective is to carry out observations of stellar oscillations. The spacecraft is equipped primarily with two star trackers for attitude determinetion and a set of reaction wheels in a tetrahedron configuration for attitude control. This paper shows that passivity can be applied for slew-manouvre of a spacecraft. A novel momentum distribution algorithm for reaction wheels in a tetrahedron configuration is proposed. It is demonstrated in a realistic simulation that the resultant controller has a potential for on-board implementation.
