摘要

Indirect dry cooling tower is different from clammy tower in run mode, structure features and load condition. There is many questions and venture in design. The optimize study of indirect dry cooling tower is necessary for structure safety and reducing volume of works. The rule of changing height of tower laryngeal and shell thickness was analysed, which influences the volume of works. Then the minimum shell thickness was found, which is useful for reducing volume of works. The paper introduces the principle of indirect dry cooling tower structure optimize. Structure optimize was done through engineering practice. It is useful value for optimize design of indirect dry cooling tower structure.
