The resistance of rainfall zone is large in the common natural draft cooling tower. The air flow rate into the center zone is smaller than outside zone of the tower. By comparison, the resistance is smaller and the pump head of delivery is lower for high-level collecting water tower. But the structure and craftwork design of high-level collecting water tower is complex. And at same time, the disadvantage impact may occur when the circumstance natural wind is heavy. Accordingly, we can conceive a new type tower with two tower advantages. The article explains the basic form and main character of the new type tower.
