Endophytic fungi isolated from the medicinal plants is an important microbe source of novel,high-effective,broad-spectrum,antimicrobial active compound,and an important source of anti-disease novel feed additive too.In this paper,one of the 25 strains with antimicrobial activities of endophytic fungi isolated from taraxacum was carried out systemic researches,which highly produced bioactive antimicrobial substances against a wide range of pathogens of poultry and fish.%药用植物内生真菌具有产生多种生物活性物质的特性,已成为筛选新型、高效、广谱、抗菌活性物质的重要微生物来源,也是抗病性有机饲料添加剂的资源.本研究从分离的25株蒲公英内生真菌中筛选得到1株高产酚类活性物质、广谱抗病性内生真菌PG23,对其进行了较为系统的研究.对PG23采用形态学观察和ITS序列分析进行分类学鉴定.分离的PG23菌落直径约4~6 cm,致密成毡状,气生菌丝发达,为白色絮状,基内菌丝产土黄色、桔红色色素,菌落表面分泌红色蜜露.
