The Discussion about the Deaf University Teaching Mode under the Framework of Constructing Information Technology

As the development of Informationalized Education, the education comes on a lot of new features. This paper on the opinion of the new features, discusses the relationship between Informationalized Education and deaf higher education reformation, and gives some tentative countermeasures and suggestions to the problems in realistic. To make the information and educational technology play its potential function in the deaf higher education, we have to establish new teaching mode to fit to it, and the inherent characteristics of the information make the new mode be possible. The new mode asks people to take a systematic method as a guide, to seize the latest study theoretical results, and use teaching design theory, to work creatively.
