Change is a complex process that often occurs in Romanian society at individual as well as organization and society level. The present work's objective is to accomplish radiography of the way the change settles, and of the stages and aspects of the change, The work will also present the conclusions of an analysis regarding the change in several enterprises in Timisoara.
