Ionic Conductivity In Thick Zirconia Ceramic Layers

摘要

This paper presents the methods used to construct thick - film gas sensors based on the effect of oxygen - ion conductivity in solid state electrolyte which is made as a ceramic of zirconium dioxide. Substrate preparations and variety types of sensors have been discussed, and a current -voltage characteristic have been included.
