Intranets are organizational networks based on Internet technologies that supply users with a broad range of online contents (information, communication, and workflow). This research raises the issue of intranets evaluation from users' point of view, since they are central actors of their success. Three modalities are studied to evaluate intranets: satisfaction associated to them, use behaviours and perceived impacts. These three modalities are jointly used to build an integrated model.rn424 employees working in several French banks with access to different intranets were surveyed. Studying the relations between the three evaluation modalities shows the necessity to implement differentiated evaluations, depending on intranets contents. It also highlights a causal sequence characterized by satisfaction's influence on acceptance, which, in turn, supports individual impacts.
