Evaluating ICT Intellectual Capital

ICT is more and more an indispensable instrument to support knowledge management. From data and information flows and accumulation, knowledge ICT resources are created. They play a crucial role in sustaining business strategies and creating barriers to entry. These ICT knowledge resources are a subset of the whole ICT Company's portfolio, which has all the characteristics defining the Intellectual capital. We could therefore identify and evaluate this ICT Intellectual capital to better manage it for creating economic wealth.
