A Framework of Traffic Information Platform based on IPv6

摘要

The implementation of Intelligent Transportation System calls for the share of mass information among transportation managers and road users. In this paper, a frame work of traffic information platform based on IPv6 is proposed, which utilizes the various advantages of IPv6 techniques and integrates the retrieving, storing, managing and delivering of traffic information. A prototype system is implemented in Beijing, which demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed framework.
