Fault Diagnosis for High-Speed Rod-Rolling Mill Using Neural Network

摘要

In this paper, a fault diagnosis approach for high-speed rod-rolling mill is provided by analyzing its characteristic parameters from machine's working vibration signals based on the neural network theory. The real machine test applied to high-speed rod-rolling mill demonstrates the feasibility and reliability of the proposed approach. The parameters are optimized based on the experiment result as well.
