Results of researches of the sound scattering caused by presence of bubbles in subsurface sea layer at various hydrological and meteorological conditions are presented. Measurements of sound scattering coefficient were spent with application narrow-beam broadband radiators in two ranges from 10 kHz to 700 kHz. Researches in a range from 10 kHz to 150 kHz were carried out with application of parametric acoustic radiators and in a range of high frequencies from 136 kHz to 700 kHz were applied as parametric and linear nonparametric radiators with the fixed frequency of radiation. Researches were spent in the deep sea and in a shelf zone at various speeds of a wind. In a shelf zone long-term researches of variability of subsurface structure of bubbles have been carried out with application of the bottom station which are settling down on depth of 10 meters. It is shown, that function of distribution of bubbles in the sizes R in subsurface sea layer has a maximum at R~10 micron and is revealed, that distribution of bubbles has exponential recession in subsurface sea layer, depends on speed of a wind and essentially influences acoustic characteristics of sea water.
