Superiority and Countermeasure of Buckwheat Industry Development in Ningxia

The superiority of buckwheat industry of the development has been elaborated through the analysis of present situation and problems in buckwheat industry in Ningxia province. It is proposed that the government should increase the investment in agriculture technologies by setting up the technology system which would support the breeding and generalizing the superior buckwheat varieties, together with optimizing the region layout, establishing the regional superiority and its demonstration bases, also helping and cultivating the chief enterprises, promoting Ninxia's own buckwheat brands. At the same time, using propaganda to conduct the consumption of the product in order to achieve the benefits both in economic and social aeries, also bring along the development in buckwheat industry.
