MODELLING ORGANIZATIONAL COORDINATION

摘要

To formulate the essence of the organizational decision-making system, the basic terms related to the functioning of the decision-making system should be defined. After having defined the basic terms, we will study how the mutual influences of different decision strategies, the decision-makers' cooperation might be modelled. The efficiency of organizational decision-making can only be guaranteed if the decisions of the decision-makers, who are in different decision points, are coordinated in order to achieve the organizational goals. Lastly, the problem of coordination will be briefly discussed.
