According to the situation of the eastern industrial transfer and the "labor shortage" problem, thisarticle analyzed talent introduction mechanism research of urgency of the Beibu Gulf, and pointed outGuangxi talent introduction mechanism must to be develop for the current situation. After the demand characteristic analysis of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, talent and structure level are put forward according to thefour introduction of the mechanism design problem.
