Discussion on Sports Drinks on Improvement and Recovery of Sports Capacity

摘要

Explain the scientific nature of sports drinks, analyze a series changes of biological change ofsports people, including water loss, blood glucose/glycogen consumption, electrolyte loss, resulting infatigue and sports ability reduction during/after sports, according to these changes, use of adding nutrientssuch as carbohydrates, electrolytes, water, protein, etc., athletes rehydration with appropriate sports drinks,help to improve sports capacity, delay the appearance of exercise-induced fatigue and accelerate recovery offatigue.
